In this 90-minute virtual workshop, led by Dr. Liz Kotin (PsyD) and Lindsey Lee of North Node Therapeutic Theater, we’ll face down the “Dark Wolf” — that relentless inner critic who loves to whisper you’re not enough, not worthy, not lovable. Instead of silencing or ignoring it, we’ll invite it to speak, dragging its taunts into the open where they lose their bite. Through somatic exercises, guided prompts, and creative play, we’ll flip the script, transforming the Dark Wolf’s cruelty into a new narrative of power, grace, and self-compassion. By the end, you’ll walk away with fresh tools for reclaiming your voice — and maybe even making peace with the beast inside.
