Brave motherfuckers

These are not your average workshops. They are invitations to cross a threshold—to explore embodiment, surrender, and truth through practices that bypass the mind and bring you home to yourself. Each experience is designed to open doors: to deeper trust, raw connection, and the sacred freedom of inhabiting your whole being.

For those who don’t scare easily

Body Presentations

At our Body Presentation nights, up to 12 women gather to tell the stories our bodies hold—the scars, the pride, the pain, and everything in between. There’s no stage and no spotlight, just a safe, private space for radical openness and witnessing. Some women choose to get totally naked. Others stay fully or partially clothed. Some talk about surgeries, others about shame, aging, beauty, or survival. There’s no right or wrong way to participate, and it’s also fine to just watch. Guided by an experienced facilitator, the space feels held and deeply respectful of different body types and diversity of all kind. We move slowly, sip something good, and remember what it feels like to be fully seen without needing to fix or hide anything.

What to Expect:

  • Small, private gathering (max 12) in a home setting

  • A skilled facilitator who keeps the space safe and grounded

  • A no-pressure environment. Participate or just witness

  • No rules about nudity: share at your own comfort level

  • Light snacks provided (BYOB if you’d like)

  • Women/NB only

Latihan Field Trips

Latihan is a practice in surrender—an invitation to let your body move without your mind running the show. We’ll meet up as a small JMF crew and head together to a LatihanATX session—a local group that practices a form of blindfolded, body-led movement. There’s no talking, no choreography, no plan—just sound, breath, and energy moving through you. Sometimes it’s quiet, sometimes chaotic. You don’t have to “know how”—you just show up, surrender, and let your body lead. We’ll gather afterward for a little grounding and connection before heading back into the world.

What to Expect:

  • Blindfolded, eyes-closed movement in a safe, contained space

  • no choreography—just spontaneous, body-led exploration

  • A facilitator to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort

  • A rare chance to surrender, recharge, and reconnect with your own life force
