Wild Women on the Greenbelt

Date & Location TBD (Austin)
$55 members / $85 non-members

Hike, howl, and connect with nature (and each other) along Austin’s Barton Creek Greenbelt. This half-day adventure is about embodiment, play, and connection to the wild.

  • Sound, stillness & release — gather beneath the trees for a guided vocal play practice and outdoor sound bath led by a guest facilitator. Whether through laughter, song, or the resonance of bowls & chimes, this is a chance to soften, let go, and be carried by sound.

  • Guided mindful movement hike — a gentle nature walk led by a movement facilitator who invites you into breath, body awareness, and playful interaction with the natural landscape.

  • Creative pause at the water’s edge — time to journal, sketch, or simply reflect by the water, with light prompts offered for those who want them.

  • Open time by the creek — space to lounge, dip your feet in the water, share conversation, or simply soak up the beauty of the Greenbelt together.
