What happens when you bring your inner world to the stage? In this experiential workshop co-led by Dr. Liz Kotin & Lindsey Lee of North Node Therapeutic Theater, we’ll use the tools of theater—storytelling, role-play, and improvisation—as a path to healing and self-discovery. Together we’ll explore how movement, story, and imagination can unlock what words alone can’t, transforming private struggles into shared, embodied expression. No acting experience required—just curiosity and a willingness to play. You’ll leave with deeper awareness, a stronger sense of self, and the power of being truly witnessed. (Limit: 15 people)
What to expect:
Gentle, guided exercises to help you step into roles and stories
Safe, creative space to process and express emotions
Connection with others through witnessing and shared experience
Tools to foster resilience, self-awareness, and empowerment
